Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group tops the list, growing from €1,300 million to €2,600 million over the period. Dallah Health more than doubled revenues to €1,000 million, while Mouwasat and Saudi German Hospitals Group both surpassed €750 million in 2025. Fakeeh Care Group, posted a near 78% rise from €411 million in 2021 to €731 million in 2025.
