This week’s infographic highlights the top five for-profit laboratory service groups in the EMEA region for 2024, based on their latest revenue figures. Synlab leads the market with group revenues of €2.62 billion, operating across EMEA as well as Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Brazil. Cerba Healthcare follows with group revenues of €1.88 billion, including its global clinical trials division active across Asia, the Americas, and Australia. Unilabs ranks third with group revenues of €1.62 billion, with a footprint covering EMEA and Peru. Biogroup takes fourth place with group revenues of €1.5 billion, primarily generated from France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, and Luxembourg. Rounding out the top five is Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics, which posted €1.37 billion in revenue (this figure represents the Clinical Diagnostics segment only while Eurofins’ overall global group revenue is around €7 billion in 2024).
