Tan Jit Seng, CEO of Lotus Eldercare, a small Singaporean homecare group, has a controversial vision of the future in elderly care. It’s one in which there are no care homes. Instead, care providers will work exclusively at the patients home, with the help of robots, voice recognition technology and remote surveillance.
