French tribunal ruling gets ONP monkey off Labco’s back

The General Court of the European Union confirms a prior ruling that the ONP (The French National Order of Pharmacists), a professional body, restricted competition in the biomedical testing market. Labco is now free to pursue consolidation in France and will foster more competition in the labs and diagnostics market.
