Euroclinicum to buy Medicover’s Czech franchisee

Czech hospital-to-occupational healthcare group Euroclinicum, which is majority owned by Tuffieh Funds, the maletse private equity group, is set to buy Medicover’s Czech arm. That follows on from another deal to buy a hospital in Kladno, near Prague, where Lego has a factory and Amazon has a big warehouse.
