Aleris to launch video doctor service for Scandinavia

Falck creates Scandinavia’s largest occupational healthcare group

Falck, the international ambulance to fire engine giant, has created the largest Scandinavian player in occupational healthcare, Falck Healthcare, with sales of €395m and 2,000 staff, through a three-way merger with Previa and Quick Care, both owned by Danish fund group TryhedsGruppen. The deal leaves TryhedsGruppen with a 40% stake in Falck Healthcare and 2.3% in Falck Holding. Meanwhile, Falck has built clinic chains in Denmark and Poland. We talk to Jørn Wendel Andersen, CEO of TryghedsGruppen and Jan Steenhard, CEO of Falck Healthcare services division.
