IHH to “vigorously defend” $6.5bn lawsuit

Listed Malaysian hospital group IHH Healthcare says it will 'vigorously defend' a $6.5bn suit by US fund Emqore relating to the issuance of shares by IHH-owned Indian hospital group Fortis.
