We talk to Yrjö Närhinen, the new chief executive of Terveystalo, one of the two largest private hospital groups in Finland. Terveystalo runs 15 hospitals, has almost 150 outlets and employs 2,400 people directly, as well as working with over 2,000 private practitioners. Half its sales come from supplying occupational healthcare to Finnish employers. Unusually, Närhinen has a background in FMCG at Procter & Gamble and with local beverage group Hartwall.
