NMC Saudi JV put back, group reiterates earnings guidance

London-listed EMEA healthcare group NMC Health says the final agreement on its joint venture in Saudi Arabia with state-owned investor Hassana will be signed in Q1 2019, which seems contrary to earlier filings saying it would be completed in the current quarter.
