HBI 2020: Elsan and Mehilainen on in-house digitalisation of patient pathway

Elsan and Mehilainen, top-two private hospital operators in France and Finland respectively, and both CVC portfolio companies, say their in-house investments in digitalising the patient pathway have increased customer loyalty, cross-selling revenues and insurer-funded work.
