Penta to sell stake in hospital business; IMs out by March

CEE private equity firm Penta Investments is seeking a new investor for its hospital division, Penta Hospitals International (PHI), and aims to launch a process with investment memorandums (IMs) out by the end of February, investment director Václav Jirků tells HBI.
