Doughty Hanson buys Quiron stake

As expected, Doughty Hanson has agreed to acquire a stake of around 40% in Spanish hospital group Grupo Hospitalario Quirón. The business will be merged with Doughty’s existing Spanish hospital investment USP Hospitales bought earlier in 2012.
