Laboratoria Echevarne completes acquisition of occupational health group Aspy

The transaction includes an upfront cash payment of $225 million, with an additional $225 million contingent on performance over the next five years.

Belgian healthcare software provider Corilus has acquired French outpatient software specialist Sofia Développement from European mid-market private equity firm IK Partners and other investors. The merger creates a combined platform serving over 70,000 healthcare professionals across Belgium and France, with plans to expand further across Europe.
