Dr Elias Engelking is an Anglo-German surgeon, who has spent the last five years treating the Nigerian workers of Julius Berger Group, a large construction company originating from Germany. Soon to be a free agent, he's planning to pursue his vision of developing a model hospital for the nation. The surgeon has used his experience treating patients, public and private, on three continents to develop a concept that he believes offers much-needed solutions for Nigeria, and here he explains it to Healthcare Nova.
